Change registration from idividual to group

We added an event that can have both individual and group registration. Unfortunately, many folks are choosing individual and then making a note in the comments section for the additional members. Obviously this skews the actual number of registrants. When clicking in the back-end on the registration of the individual, there does not appear to be any way to change the type to a group registration. Without actually cancelling the individual registrations and creating new group registrations, is there a way to adjust the number of registrants or which type of registration it is?

Unfortunately, right now, we don't have a way to change registration type . Will spend more time to think about it to see whether we can change that !

With our site we have covered this with a note on the registration page advising people who wish to join a group already entered, to simply register as an individual and enter into the 'Organisation' field the same Team or Company name. Of course if there is no entry in that field for earlier registrants it may be edited in the back end. We also amended the Language file words for that field to make it clearer. Bivey
