It appears that the issue of not being able to register is with our template...
I did some home work before posting support ticket as suggested so that i could give some detail
only to find that i forgot the first rule of testing - change back to the default template!
I finally changed to a default template and I could register straight away
- the problem lies with my template that is supposed to be 1.7 and 2.5 ready. I will follow up the template suppliers
