Locations management and social icons

Just purchased and installed the event booking scripts and testing it on my local xamp server. All seems fine however I have hit one problem.

When I use Locations management and add a location using all fields the system "hangs" on a white screen and does nothing, what could be causing this and how should I resolve this.

Secondly, all the social icons bar and fave book like feature, how is this removed as I do not want to have these on the site.

=> Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, looks at Themes tab, you will see the config options allows you to turn off these features.
