Moderate Event Registrants

Is it possible to make it so that registrants for current events are moderated / approved before they can be shown as part of the event?

Reason being we want to have only offline payments and would only like to approve registrants once they have paid and sent proof.

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported in the current version of the extension .
