Support Ticket

Sorry to post this here but there must be a missing of my current support ticket. No response since 10 days. Ticket shows pending resolution. I would like a status report or fix. Payment was sent. Log ins are there.

I am sorry for lately response. It was our new year holiday (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_New_Year ) and I just come back to office .

The modification you requested can be used for other users, so I will add it to core download package. Please give me two more days to get it done !
