Group registration count and export issue

Hi

I had a user register himself and 4 other users (total of 5 payments were process successfully). His name shows up on the "Registrants" list but the count does not include himself, it shows 4. When I export the list, the report shows the 4 users he registered but not his record. Please advise?

I noticed now after a couple of tests that users are not including themselves in the group registration and are assuming the billing information form registers them which is does not. Is this correct? How ban the billing information be included as a registered member?

Hi Mike,

I use group registration for events on my Club site and it works ok. Simply I put info for users:
1) For Group registration:Number registrants : " Please enter number of event attenders for your group registration including You ..."
2) Group Registration: Member 1 information : " Please enter your name first"
3) Group Registration: Member 2 information : " Please enter your guest first"
and so on. And it works ok. You got proper list of users.
