Custom Field Messages not showing up

When I create a Message custom field, it doesn't show up on the form. We need a message to inform about cancellation and refund policies on this message field. How does this work?

Right now, the messages for custom field is not showed in the form. What custom field type you are using ? How do you want the description to be disabled (below the custom field output or custom field title) ? Please let me know so that I can guide you ~

The custom field type I am using is Message. When I create a custom field type: Message, it does not show up in the form when I put the text in the "values" or "default values" box. But when I put the text in the "Description"box, it shows up on the form but it is only limited to a number of characters; it does not show the entire message.

Was there ever a solution for this issue? I have the same problem. I need to display a block of text on the registration form above a check box which the user will need to check to confirm that they have read.
