If an registrant wants to cancel an event, on the website gives "Invalid action". On the tab "event" is the setting Enable Cancel registration is Yes. The websites is build with joomla 1.7 Is there a setting I missed or is there another solution?
Did you enter Cancel Before Date for that event ? This date need to be entered and it must be "greater" than the current date . Could you please check it again and let me know the result ?
