Nothing happening

Everything appears as it should but the form doesn't respond.

Tried everything I can but to no avail

Any thoughts?

I just checked and found that your template is coded in a wrong way (it doesn't load javascript files added by custom component) and that's the reason causing the issue. In this case, please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you !
