PayPal SandBox Problem

I have installed and configured events booking. I tested an offline payment and everything was ok (registrant, mails etc). Then I tried to test an online payment using the paypal sandbox. The redirection to sandbox was ok as well as the payment process. Then I clicked on the link provided by sandbox to be redirected back on my site and I redirected to the confirmation page, but no mail has been send to the buyer's email nore registrant appears on the registrants list.
What is going wrong? Can anybody help?

Paypal changed their testing API recently, so Paypal sandbox doesn't work on old version of Event Booking. Could you please download latest version (1.4.3), upgrade to your site and test it again ? After upgrading, I believe it will work well as expected !

It takes you back to the website and shows the confirmation screen, however there are no confirmation emails and no new attendees are created. Its as though they never purchased the tickets to the event.
It works on the real PayPal though.

I just had the same problem with sandbox, with no mail sent and no registrant stored. But I'm happy to read that online mode works properly. I cross fingers...
Nevertheless do I have to get the new version of plugin ? (I run EventBooking 1.4.1 with Joomla 1.7.1). If so, can you attach the file ? Or did you solve the issue with a newer plugin version ? If so, can I get it ?
Second issue is that even if selecting in my Paypal account that buyer has not necessarily to open a paypal account, sandbox asks the buyer to open an account. I hope the online behaviour is different. Do you confirm ?

1. You are using old version of the extension . The latest version now is 1.4.3 . This version works with Paypal Sandbox .

=> Yes, that's just the behavior of Sandbox .
To get new version, please submit a support ticket let me know the Paypal email (or Paypal transaction id of your purchase) . I will check order, assign it to your account so that you can login to download it !
