How do you archive an event? was created by bneilson
Hell all,
I have been looking all over and I cant seem to tell how to archive an event?
I know there are some requests already to have this done automatically but until that gets built in, how do you do it manually?
Also can it be done from the Front End and Back End?

Hi
Right now, there is no ways to archive an event (automatically or manually). The extension provide two features regarding this request, not sure whether it meets your need :
1. Allows hiding "past events" from front-end by changing a config option from back-end of the extension.
2. Allows you to create a menu items to show all past events .
In the future versions, I will create a function to allows you to archive events and registrants manually from back-end of the extension .
Regards,
Tuan

So #2 would likely work for what I need, but I do not see a menu option for this feature.
When I add a new Menu Item the only eventbooking options I see are:
Events Archive
Calendar
Categories List
Category Calendar Layout
Category Default Layout
Category Table Layout
Event Detail
Submit Event
My Submitted Events
Registration History
Registrants management
In selecting the first one "Events Archive" I get nothing displayed and that is why I created this post.
