Static HTML page somehow

Hi - thanks again for a great component.

Is there a way to resolve to a real URL and display the full donation form in Joomla? The modules I try to embed never show the full form. The full form only seems to be available via the javascipt from clicking the Donate button.

But my client wants to send a link in an email that takes them right to the donation page and that would take a URL. I can build a dedicated page and embed a module if necessary, but I'm just not sure how to expose the full form in any way outside of the small form Donate button.

Is this possible?

The link to donation form has the following format domain.com/index.php?option=com_jdonation&view=donation (replace domain.com with your site domain) .
