Cannot save or creat categories

Hi
Just installed the latest version of Event Booking on our site over an older installation.

THe new version has all our existing events in it but has dropped our categories. I have tried to creat new categories however Event Booking does not save them, I now cannot create new events as events must have a category which I cannot creat!!

Any assistance appreciated

It seems the database schema is not updated when you upgraded from old version to new version. To solve the issue, please use the solution below :

1. Login to administrator account of your site .

2. Access to the following URL :

After that, please check it again. The issue should be solved !

I have logged in and then entered the URL as you suggested. I am still unable to create a category??
