Coupons info was created by uriel70
Wassup guys, this is my first post on this forum and this is my first time I'm using Event Booking! Just downloaded!
I need some explanations on how to create coupons? Or, does anybody can tell me where can I find some documentation?
I just created the coupon from back end. But I can't understand how to send these coupon to my customers?
this is what I created:
Code: Promo Lancio
Discount: 10%
Event: Pilates
Times: 1 (what it means??) it means that I can use it only 1 time?
Time Used: 0
Valid from date: 2011/11/14
Valid to date: 2011/11/21
After this simple step what I have to do?
Any advice will be much appreciated:DDD
Thank in advance for your time and kindness.

Hi
1. You need to go to Event Booking -> Configuration, set Enable Coupon Feature config option to Yes .
2. After creating the coupon, you need to send to your customers (or let the customer know by someways), for example, send it to them via email .
3. When customers register for events, they can enter that coupon code on registration form to get discount !

Hi, and nice to meet you:DD
I solved the problem, thank you very much:DD
...I thought that the coupon generation was related to some kind of code/number Not the name that I insert in --> Configuration-->Coupon-->Code.
It works fine:DDD
One last question:
What it means Times? If I set 10 it means that the customer will use the code 10 times?
If I insert 1 it means that the customers may use the coupon only 1 time?
Thank very much, once again
Have a great day:DDD
