Remember User Information

When people are logged in to our site, the event registration form does not remember their information (first name, Last Name, address, ...) even though they have previously registered for events. It does remember their email address, but that is all. Is this normal? If so, is there any benefit (EB-wise) to having people create a joomla account?

If users logged in and have registered for one event before, the data will be remembered and users won't have to type it again (unless they want to change it) . That's how it works !

If it doesn't work on your site, please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site and also let me know the username and password I can use to login to test the "remembers" on the front-end .
