Using html formatting in Messages field in Config was created by patgaytx
Is it possible to use HTML formatting in the Messages tab on configuration?
Specifically, I'd like to have some more control over the following fields:
Admin email body
User email body
Confirmation message
Thank You Message
Invitation email body
Reminder email body
Waitinglist form message
Waitinglist confirmation email body
Waitinglist notification email body
I'm using JCE 1.5.

Yes, I tried to do this already and the text is blanked out when I try to press CTRL-V to paste it in. If I use the mouse and right click and choose paste, the html goes into the field.
Couldn't these windows use the default editor installed on the system (like JCE that's on my system) instead of this proprietary one that doesn't display what the message will actually look like?
For example, I'm using <strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME] registered for [EVENT]</span></strong> as my html.
When I enter that into the window, I have to save the window for it to render the html.
Any plans to change the editor used in the Messages window to use the user's editor? A WYSIWYG editor would be fantastic.
