Cannot make the Fee Field feature work

Hi Tuan,

I am trying to make a custom fee field in my event with 3 options, I followed your instructions step by step and did everything as you said. The field and options appear but when calculating final price it won't get added.

I am attaching a screen view of the settings I created for a radio list fee field, the front view and the checkout not charging the amount. Would you be able to see from the attached file what can be the problem?

In addition, I would like to add an one more custom fee field with two options, A and B, for option A I need to discount a 10% on checkout and for option B nothing happens (maybe then is smarter to only have the A option as a checkbox right?) Could you please advice as to how to set up to make this 10% discount? I couldn't figure it out from your instructions.

Hi,

From your submitted screenshot the 'Fee Field' is set to No. Try enabling the field to Yes and it should perform the computation.

Sorry. I was not at my office the whole last week because I had to go to my home to prepare for my sister's wedding. I will reply to your ticket on tomorrow morning for sure !

Thanks gregory, that helped for the first problem I had, the second, making a discount of 10% at checkout, I guess the problem is the configuration of the formula or something like that.
