Search module not working was created by eduadvisor

Hi. I purchased Event Booking a couple of days ago and everything worked fine, until I installed the search module I found in the package for Joomla 1.7. Even though I have events, categories and locations, the search module does not seem to find any of these and returns the message "There are no events in the selected category". Any ideas?

Hi

There was a bug in search function and I fixed it. Please get the file below, unzip it, upload to folder components/com_eventbooking/models of your site. After that, it should work as expected !

I did exactly as you suggested, but unfortunately I get the same problem. The search module finds no results. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but again it is not working.

Hi Tuan,

I have same problem with Eventby location and Search...

I followed your suggestions and Events by location is working fine but Search is still having same problem.
Please suggest me how to solve this issue

The simplest way would be download latest version of the extension and upgrade it to your site. The issue was fixed few days ago !
