Template Redirect Issues

First off, I must say EventBooking is exactly what I was looking for this website I'm doing for a club! It does everything I need it to do!

However I'm stuck with one small problem...

My index.php page is a completely different template than the rest of the site. So, that causes a few problems. I have tried the "Fix Process button not working" on both Yes and No, and still get the same result.... So here's a pic of the homepage template:



So the template may look normal, but there are modules in places that the other templates don't have, so its different.. here's a look at the event booking as I'm booking an event:



Everytime I register as a Group, when I get to input the member information, it switches templates:



And individually, it starts out fine:



Then goes switches after continuing:




That last picture is with the Fix Process button to Yes, but even if it is at no, it does the same thing.

Hopefully there is an easy fix for this
