First of all, thanks for using my extension. Here are my answers to your questions :
1) How to switch off "Invite friends"
=> Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, looks at Themes tab, find the config option
Show invite friend button and set it to No .
2) How to switch off "social invitation in event"
=> Same as above, find config option
Show social bookmark buttons and set it to No .
3) How to have the email notification to the users include the event details like date start and end?
=> Right now, only event start date can be included in the email. Same as above, find config option
Show event date and set it to Yes.
