Black Box on the registration confirmation page

i have recently installed the Event Booking and i am very pleased.

However i had a little strange problem.
When i try to register (indiviual registration) for an event, on the registration confirmation page i see a black box below the message "Please review your registration information for event Test Event. If they are correct, please press Complete Registration Button to process the registration."

I think the black box covers the title "Billing Information"

What confuses me more, is that the black box does not appear if i register as a group...

I didn't find a similar problem in the forum.
Is it something wrong with my template?
