I did not find the way to send a message to the registrant when, receiving his offline payment, I upgrade his status to paid ..
Am i blind ? or is it impossible ..

In the current version of the extension, there is no email sending to registrant when his registration status changed. Will try to implement this feature in the next release !
Don't worry Eric. It just takes sometime because I have other features want to add to the extension as well . Just wait for me and you will have the feature in future releases !
