Single Category list

Is there a way to show the events for a single category? and i would like to be able to be able to embed that into an article just like a regular event.

You can create a menu item to link to category view of the extension and choose the category you want in the menu parameter . When users click on that menu item, they will see all events from the category you choose .

Perhaps i'm looking at the wrong thing, but when i add new menu item i get only these choices:

Events Archive
Events Calendar
Categories List
Category Calendar Layout
Category Default Layout
Category Table Layout
Event Detail
Submit Event
My Submitted Events
Registration History
Registrants management

I do not get a specific category to choose from.

Choose Category Default Layout from the page, then on the next page, you will be able to choose the category in the menu parameter (right column) .

Please note it is not in "Menu Parameters"

It is in: Required Settings>Select Category

Ok, now that I have that answer the question would be can I embed this in an article or module? and can i adjust this layout?

The extension doesn't have a plugin which allows showing all events from a category in an article .

If you want to modify layout, please have a look at the file components/com_eventbooking/views/category/tmpl/default.php and you will be able to modify the code to meet your need !
