Blank email being sent?

Some of my registrants are reporting that they are receiving emails that are blank with the subject "RE:" and nothing in the body of the message? Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I have changed all login info incase it was a case of hacking, but is still ocurring so it may be something to do with the event booking software? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi

Event Booking doesn't send any emails with the subject "Re:" so I believe that's not something related to Event Booking .

Actually, I think I figured it out. It was sending that email because when I turned the wait list feature on, the "messages" were blank, so I needed to add my email address, subject line and a message and so that has cleared up the issue.
