Mini-calendar unstyled, showing language parameter

Hi, it's my first post as a new Events Booking user.

Shouldn't the mini-calendar module be styled and be using a language file? Mine isn't:

I can see that in /modules/mod_eb_minicalendar there is a css file, but clearly it's not getting applied. And I can see a couple of language files in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_eventbooking.ini and en-GB.mod_eb_events.ini, though the parameters like EB_MINICAL_SUNDAY are not in them.

What am I missing, or what do I need to do to get the mini-calendar module looking decent?
