Cancel event and it stays in registration overview

i am using Event Booking version 1.4.1

- subscribe into an event
- go to registration overview
- select session
- cancel session
=> message: session is cancelled
- go to registration overview

expected result:
- session/event is not listed

actual result:
- session is still listed with 1 particpant
