In the CSV export function, if there is a comma in the Custom Field title, it does not properly enclosed the title in quotes. That means when the file is imported into, say, Excel, it will break it up into separate fields.
Note: The problem is with the FIELD TITLE, not the data. The data is properly enclosed. The title is not.
