I have been testing it and found two things:

- After checkout when you get the confirmation screen in the field ADDRESS the email is displayed rather than the actual address.

- It works now that you see the Terms & Condition with the field to tick to accept ... but when you go to read the terms and conditions before you accept, depending on the browser (Chrome) opens a whole new window and you can not get back, (Firefox) displays a little small window but no content of the article.

I want to offer my solution to users who are having trouble with an empty Terms & Conditions list. Perhaps this is a Joomla 1.7 related issue. For whatever reason, our "Uncategorized" category has the ID of 2. This results in an empty list.

At line 51, you'll find the following SQL statement. Replace with the following code in order to get published articles from all categories.

@maxq.simon : Thanks for sharing the code . I believe I fixed this issue in the latest code on server (for about two weeks ago). If anyone get this issue, please download latest version (1.4.1) and upgrade to the site to get issue solved !
