can't save new location details

Hello all,

Has anyone else had this problem?

When I click "new" in the location tab the url in the address bar change's to just http://localhost/sitename/administrator/index.php
The new location form is displayed but when I fill it in and try to save I am presented with nothing more than a blank screen and the url remains the same.

I have tried waiting for several minutes as the new location form does say that it will "automatic canculate Latitude from given address" but nothing changes.

The reason is that you don't have curl library enabled on your computer . Please see this post for instruction :
