Adding a Conditional Field

I was just looking at the demo of DT Register, and they have a custom field option that is called conditional field and it is displayed based on the option of a previous custom field. This is very handy if you have some "If Option A then results A, If option B then results B". Hopefully this is clear. You can see it on their demo site.

Conditional custom field is a nice feature and I will implement it in future verisons . Right now, there are higher priority features which I need to implement first .
