Colours for categories

Can I first of all say, I think this is an amazing component - it does 99% of what we're looking for and is well worth the money!

Would it be possible as a new feature to assign a colour to each category, and then to have a small block of this colour used within the calendar layout next to each event rather than the event icon, which is the same for all events? For example, it would be great if we can have educational events in one colour, social events in another etc.

At the moment I am looking at having to use JEvents as well as EventBooking to get this functionality and it would be great to ditch JEvents and just use this one component for everything we need!

This would be a great feature to have. DT Register has this and it makes the calendar views very easy to read. I think you will only need to have one additional field in the category and then use some css to make this happen.
