Legend on Full Calendar Layout

Lets introduce the feature to include the legend on the modern layout as well, like  demo.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/calendar/calendar-modern page.

Honestly, the legend currently in monthly calendar layout is not really logical. So I want to ask: What categories we should display in calendar legend here ?

- The categories which are selected in menu items ?
- Or all the available categories which match the menu item parameters filter ?

Would love to hear how you expect it to work in your case

Ideally, the categories that are selected in the menu item.

What if no categories selected in menu item ? Guess we won't show the legend in that case?

Yes, that would be ideal.

An option you might want to use is edit the menu item, set Show Filter Bar parameter to Yes. Then at the top, there will be a filter allow searching, filtering events by categories, locations (not much different with legend) . Yeah, we already tried that before starting this topic, and we linked the legend better. So, for now, we have switched to the layout (classic) that currently supports the legend.
