Combining Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy: 1 checkbox

I'm in Europe and GDPR is required, so I have both Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on my registration pages.
While going through my website (spring cleaning), with an aim to have a smoother registry-process, I discovered I have an issue where the checkbok for Privacy Policy is not visible for (some) mobile users, so users can not complete their booking (without switching to desktop view). To me it seems to be related to css (possibly eb-colorbox-term) pushing the check-box off screen and I have opened a ticket to get som assistance.


I also took a look at how it's done in some other booking-solutions and came across how FareHarbor have combine these two into a single sentence with links to both documents. I think this solution creates less friction during check-out.


I even had a go at it using Claude to merge register_terms_and_conditions.php with register_gdpr.php, but even if it seems to work as it should (while testing locally), it definitely needs some quality control & a little polish
