Create a role for refunds

Hi
So far, refunds have been done by the admin, but we would now like to delegate that permission to a separate role, but without giving that role full permission on the application, so it cannot break anything.
Is it possible to create a separate user profile for that role which can do refunds (and a couple of other things as well), but not manage the entire configuration?

This is not supported at the moment and honestly, I have no plan to support that in near future. But I will move the topic to features wishlist category. If there are more customers need it, we will consider supporting it in the future
