There should be a function, which includes an automatic sending of a credit note after cancellation of a participant or even an entire event.
If a participant cancels, or participants are canceled, they will receive a document showing a credit note, similar to an invoice, but with a negative amount.
It would be easier if the document were sent automatically when we cancel one or more participants or an whole event in Joomla.
