Refund Invoice was created by KWADRAT Werbeagentur
We would like to be able to generate a "reverse invoice" as a refund document.
The invoice number should be counted as a normal invoice, the amount in the document should be negative to show the back paid refund.

Hi Thomas
Honestly, I do not know how to implement this feature. Each registration record only has an associated invoice, so I do not know how to create this refund invoice and also have it associated with the registration

Hi Tuan,
Every e-commerce platforms (shops) like Shopware or Prestashop (or many others) have this functionality implemented by default.
When a registration is canceled, a negative invoice must be generated. The end result is a normal invoice with the next available invoice number, except that the amount is displayed with a minus sign.
I have two documents taken from Shopware 6 attached: one is the invoice and one is the cancellation invoice.
Unfortunately, it is in German language. But this is not a German Issue, this should be the standard throughout Europe (same as you have implemented the eInvoice).
You've already implemented the registration cancellation in EB. Very good, first step is already available. What needs to happen now is that a new cancellation invoice (see attachment) is generated and sent to the registrant. The document has the same format as an invoice but will contain the new/next available invoice number and the amount with a minus sign. Instaed of "Invoice" it is called e.g. "Cancellation Invoice"
For translation: „Rechnung“ is German for „Invoice“Regards,
Thomas
By the way: Your component "eShop" needs to have it, too. In case you will offer a good shop-system for Europe .....
