Individual certificates with grade points for each participant

It's about the PDF certificate creation function. Is it possible to add an individual field to the certificates for each participant? The test points achieved by the participant in a final test at their event should be printed on the certificate. Or is this already possible and just unseen by me?

You can insert value of any custom field into the certificate layout. Just use the syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]
