Hide Number of Registered Users until last few places available

Hi there,

It would be great if we could hide the count of Registered Users on an event until only the last few places are available, in order to create urgency.

So when an event is down to say, the last 5 places, you get a countdown like '5 places remaining' etc.

Currently if I show the event capacity, which is, say, 30, but I also show there's still 28 places available, potential buyers may think that (a) they have plenty of time to book, but also (b) not many people are booked on and they don't want to be one of a very few attending the event.

Would there be any chance this could be added?

Hello

I just had this feature implemented. If anyone needs it, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of Events Booking, upgrade it to your site

Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Only Show Number Registered Users If Greater Than Or Equal config option to the value you want and it should work as expected

this is a great feature.
I have a request, I have some events that have max 10 -15 registrants and others that could potentially have up to 100 participants. Is it possible to have the number of registrants as a percentage of the total as well as a number?

This way I could choose say 60%, 70% registered prior to showing the number of registrants.
This would show the number of registered on all events after 60 or 70% have registered for each individual event.
