Mini Calendar for Locations?

A mini calendar calling events by location would be really useful. The events by location module is great but the calendar would be even greater!

Exactly how you want it to work? Basically, you want the mini calendar to display events from the location you want ?

If so, it should be possible already. You can try the below steps to setup:

1. Create a hidden menu item to link to Calendar - Monthly Layout menu item type. Choose the location you want from the menu item parameters

2. Edit the mini calendar, set Itemid parameter to the menu item you created above

Then the mini calendar will also use filters data parameter from menu item (Location in this case) and it will work for your need

I have followed the instructions and the mini calendar displays, however it is not respecting the filters - it's showing all events from all locations.
