This plugin allows you to register registrants of your events automatically to the a Zoom Meeting/Webinar you want.

I don't quite understand. Can you explain more of the feature?

so user registered an event, then how they can join the zoom meeting? What is the flow?

When users register for your events, they will be added directly to the configured Meeting/Webinar in Zoom. You can also email them to link to join the meeting, and they can click on that link to join

How to checkin checkout user, and auto issue cert for zoom event?

You can checkin registrants and send certificate for registrants of events created in Events Booking. For zoom events, I don't know how to handle it as it is not something controlled by Events Booking
