Default Event Image

It would be helpful for the config to allow for a default event image if one isnt added to a specific event.

This would align to how eShop works.

This is one example of where life could be made simpler if all your extensions followed the same basic principles, e.g.:
- how tax is handled
- how exchange rates are handled

This especially true when a site uses a large number of your extensions. I have deployed:
- Membership Pro
- eShop
- Events Booking
- eDocman
- Helpdesk Pro

Honestly, events and products are different things, so It is not treated the same. I don't think events need default image, but we will see if there are other customers need this (in many years of Events Booking life, this is the first time I heard about this request)

If there are more customers need this, I will consider supporting it in the future
