Add "Recurring Settings tab" setting in "Submit Event Form Fields" was created by IT-Manager Eintracht Triathlon
Hi!
I suggest to add an additional setting in the configuration to manage the 'default frontend add event'-page properly.

In "Submit Event Form Fields" configuration
add
"Recurring Settings tab" on/off

Otherwise in the default view this tab is always visible.
