Changing Created By User from front end

We have an Administrator that logs in from the Front End and adds all the Events for the different Hosts but we want the Hosts Name to show as Created instead of the Administrator.
I know that the Created By can be changed in Back End but we want the Administrator to do this from the Front End.
Is there a workaround that I am missing?

Honestly, this is quite hard because at the moment, there is no easy way to allow selecting user from frontend of your site

Joomla does not have a way to allow selecting users from frontend yet (could be because of security/privacy reason)

So to be honest, this is something I won't support for in any near future
