Good afternoon.
Is there a way to change a specific registrant's status to "Refunded" from "Paid"? I don't see that as an option, and it would be helpful when looking back at a registration record for someone that paid, and we ultimately refunded them. This would offer an additional option than "Canceled"
We use Authorize.net for payments, so when we do issue a refund, we do it directly on Authorize.net.
