Comment to an event?

Hi
Is it possibly to let registrants make a comment to an event?
I need to make it possible for registrants to say "No I cannot participate" or something like that. And we should be able to see it in the registrants list. 
I use Jcomments today but it dont work with PHP7.4.

We do not support comment feature in the extension at the moment, so it is not possible yet
