Calendar Menu additional Default Option was created by Paul
I would like to have a "Next Month" option added to the Default Month dropdown as most of my customers book about 6 weeks in advance.

Though for other EB users, it might be better to add a "Start From" option and an option to enter "Days or Months from today"
