Modify Tickets Type Plugin to add Ticket type fields to Manage Registrants List

For all of our events we use Ticket Types plugin as we have a wide variety of tickets. 
If you use custom fields you can chose to add any one of these fields for Registration Management.
This is very useful when analysing ticket sales for your events
However when using the Ticket Types features you cannot add the ticket type to Registrants Management.
Ticket types are in effect another custom field. Therefore it would be useful to add the ticket type 'Title' and maybe 'Access' to Registrants management on the plugin options  allowing you to do better analysis of ticket sales.

Actually, when you choose an event which has Ticket Types enabled from Registrants Management screen, there will be a column which display ticket types with each registrant already. That should be enough for now
