Event specific login

Is it possible (and I just don't know how) or can it be added that the prompt for logging in can be event specific? (I wasn't able to find this request - hope it's not a duplicate)

Sorry for the delay.

The option for account integration allows a user to set up an account when they register for an event. That option is for all events. I was wondering if it could be enabled for an individual event as per of that specific event set up.
