Default registration status on pending in backend and fronten was created by Dastin

Hi Tuan,

when I submit a registration over the registrant management in backed and frontend it is paid by default this cause bugs in the visitor management.

For one of the next releases I wish there will be a config option for choosing the default paid status when I set in new registrants.
