EB version 4.0.0 Tax Rule Manager

Version 4.0.0 brought in a very useful feature, Tax Rules. With this option you set set tax rates based on All events and/or specific events.
What would be really nice is to add Event Category as well. This would allow you to set a certain category of events have a tax rate different to the rest of your events.

Thanks for suggestion David. I will think about it and might support it in the future. There could be other things we could move settings from event level to category level, too.

We use event categories a lot as during our season we run up to 20 different events which we split by category. We have fundraising events which can have Zero tax rate on as they are not classed as Income events. Using EB like this might unique to us. But being able to set other things at category level I think would be useful to other users as well as ourselves.
